The rooms are decently sized and offer a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff is helpful and friendly, adding to the positive experience. The breakfast selection is ample, ensuring a good start to the day.

There are certain aspects of the hotel's policies that may not be accommodating to all guests.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were really good, going above and beyond to provide helpful suggestions and advice for exploring the city. The location was perfect, with the Aksaray Tram station just a hop away. I could easily walk to all the major tourist attractions and the hotel was conveniently situated in the center of everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect, situated in the best place in Istanbul for visiting the historical sites. It's super easy to get around, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station just 500 meters away. The rooms are spacious and quiet, giving us a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that we were provided with all the necessary amenities, including a choice of soft or hard pillows. The staff here, especially Mr. Mehmet Genc and Mr. Serkan gulcicek, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions, very close to the tram and right near the metro which provides access to all the beautiful places in the city. It is also close to all the important monuments. the room is well-furnished and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff members are kind, hospitable, and always willing to provide suggestions and advice to tourists.

One negative aspect is the lack of kindness and unhelpful service from the hotel staff.

Great location, very close to public transportation and all the famous sights. The rooms were nice and comfortable, providing a cozy stay. The service at the reception was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant had a nice terrace where breakfast could be enjoyed.

The noise from the A/C unit was also loud, requiring ear plugs. The hotel bar did not serve alcohol.

I recently stayed at this place and I was impressed by its luxuriousness and the enhanced comfort it provided. The location of this hotel is superb, surrounded by the bustling area of Askaray and within easy reach of all the historical sites. The staff here are exceptional, always friendly and helpful, and they speak multiple foreign languages. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of Aksaray mosque. The interior design of the entire hotel is also very impressive. The breakfasts served here were delicious and varied. this venue provided high-quality service and made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

They even packed us a light breakfast to take on our day tour. The cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, and reliable wifi were also noteworthy. The hotel's location, within walking distance to attractions and close to the tram, was convenient. we had a good experience, although it may not be ideal for an extended stay.
